Return & Refund Policy

At Frost Buddy, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations or arrives damaged, you can request a return under the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible products. Returns requested after this 30-day period may not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused and in the original condition.
• Products should remain in their original packaging, including all accessories, components, and materials provided at purchase.
• Items cannot be damaged due to improper use, installation, or handling.

Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected by Frost Buddy.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized products
• Digital products and downloadable content
• Clearance or final sale items
• Products that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged

Return & Refund Procedure

1. Contact Frost Buddy to initiate your return within the 30-day eligibility window.
2. Ship the product back following our instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Once Frost Buddy receives and inspects the returned product, approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and an additional 5-10 business days for the amount to appear with your payment provider or financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or differs from what you ordered, please keep the product, packaging, and all included materials intact. Contact Frost Buddy promptly at ludizi@primered.shop so we can resolve the issue.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect when received. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this 24-hour window, cancellations may not be possible as orders begin processing promptly.
